City And Colour / London Palladium shows 28th/29th Feb 2020

This is a special poster for me as it is a somewhat memorial print for our dear friend Karl that passed away in 2019. He was lovingly refereed to as 'Horse' as he loved to call people that - he was the best. Karl worked very closely with Dallas for many years, on the road and in the studio. He was a very talented musician and a very funny man. Karl had a tattoo of a horse on his side with roses and a geisha tattoo on his arm. I thought this print could be an amalgamation of the things he liked in one print.

We all miss Karl and this is a small drawing to commemorate him and City And Colour. I know these shows were really hard for Dallas and the band to do, but they knew that Karl would have wanted the shows to go on - and they did.

I have nothing but love for Dallas and Karls family and friends that miss him. Life is hard sometimes.
